Job Summary:

The Record to Report Team Lead will oversee the team responsible for ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting. This role requires strong leadership and process improvement skills to drive efficiency and quality in financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process Management: Plan and allocate daily, weekly, and monthly deliverables to the team, ensuring timely completion of tasks and meeting of process objectives and KPIs.
  • Team Leadership: Retain and develop a strong team with the necessary skills and expertise to ensure high-quality service, manage team performance, and maintain high motivation levels.
  • Customer Focus: Maintain strong governance with assigned countries, build and maintain healthy relationships with stakeholders, and contribute to strategic initiatives and special projects.
  • Qualifications and Skills: Graduate or post-graduate degree in accounting or finance, fluency in English, and strong behavioral and technical competencies, including team leading, time management, and conflict management.
