Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform comprehensive automation testing efforts to ensure high product quality and identify potential issues early.
  • Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and DevOps teams to ensure alignment on quality goals and objectives.
  • Work with automation engineers to improve CI/CD pipeline integration and coverage to meet business requirements.
  • Proactively identify quality risks and own mitigation planning to minimize their impact.
  • Lead root cause analyses of production issues and drive systemic improvements to enhance overall product quality.
  • Report key quality metrics to stakeholders and promote a strong customer-first quality mindset across engineering.
  • Champion continuous improvement in QA processes, tools, and test architecture to stay ahead of the competition.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proficient with Automation (80-90% of day in/out).
  • Solid experience with Selenium and Playwright for automation testing.
  • Proficient with Python and Java programming languages.
  • Knowledge of Jenkins or other CI/CD tools for efficient pipeline management.
  • Experience in API Automation for seamless integration.
