Chief Automation Engineer

As a VP – Site Reliability Engineering, you will shape the SRE function within CTO and be part of the Group SRE team.
This role offers the opportunity to define, drive, and implement the SRE strategy. You will promote an "Automate-first" culture through reducing toil, developing methodologies for automation and operations engineering, and assisting in developing metrics for operational efficiency and service quality.
- Promote DevOps practices throughout the organization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement changes that enhance the reliability and scalability of our systems.
- Develop and maintain monitoring tools and dashboards to ensure timely identification and resolution of issues.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the SRE team.
You have extensive experience as an SRE or equivalent role.
Strong understanding of cloud computing platforms, containerization, and orchestration tools.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
