Job Title: Expert in AI Automation Strategy

This is a hands-on role that will play a key part in shaping and executing our automation strategy.

The successful candidate will lead the design, development, and deployment of intelligent agents across departments using Microsoft Co-Pilot.

They will be instrumental in streamlining workflows, enhancing training, improving documentation access, and simulating real-world scenarios for role-based development and performance.

They will report directly to the Chief Operating Officer (COO) and will be responsible for building and scaling our enterprise AI capabilities over time.

  • Design and deploy AI agents tailored to departmental needs.
  • Automate business processes and knowledge access through intelligent workflows and training support tools.
  • Develop role-play simulations and interactive tools to assist in job-specific performance enhancement.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with department leads to understand needs and identify AI automation opportunities.
  • Create a scalable and sustainable framework for AI adoption across the organization.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert for internal AI automation strategy and best practices.
  • Stay current on the latest AI advancements and recommend relevant innovations for future phases of AI adoption.
Requirements:
  • 2–3+ years of hands-on experience in AI implementation, automation, and agent development.
  • Experience working with Microsoft Co-Pilot, including prompt engineering, agent creation, and workflow automation.
  • Strong understanding of how AI tools can improve enterprise productivity and efficiency.
  • Background in working with cross-functional teams and translating business needs into technical solutions.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Experience with AI integrations, LLMs, or related platforms is a strong plus.
