Expert AI Developer

We are expanding our engineering team as we move into advanced RCM automation, and we're seeking an expert to collaborate with our architect and developers to accelerate the delivery of next-generation AI workflows.

This role is highly hands-on, involving daily coding, optimization of cloud infrastructure, and building innovative AI applications. You'll be central to improving system performance, automating human workflow processes, and driving AI adoption across our platform to continue expanding solutions with the current development team.

  • AI & Workflow Development: Design and develop intelligent agents using large language model frameworks.
  • Cloud & Infra Optimization: Take ownership of cloud infrastructure, cost optimization, and performance, targeting significant reductions in cloud spend while scaling usage and automating all aspects of our product.
  • Product Architecture & Coding: Deliver APIs and data pipelines using Python, PySpark, and REST, with a focus on improving API sync SLA from 2–4 days to < 2 hours.
  • Reliability & Automation: Implement CI/CD pipelines and automated regression testing, strengthening scraper and ingestion pipelines to 90%+ success rates.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 7–10 years of hands-on coding experience in agentic AI dev work, .NET stack, Docker, Python, PySpark, distributed systems.
  • Strong expertise with Azure (Databricks, Functions, Storage, Cost Optimization).
  • Proven experience building AI/LLM-driven applications in production.
  • Track record of improving API reliability and scaling infrastructure.
  • Strong leadership and mentoring ability in small distributed teams.
