Job Title: Senior Sales Director

We are a leading manufacturer of diesel gensets, committed to providing high-quality power solutions to diverse industries. With a strong market presence and reputation for excellence, we seek a dynamic experienced professional to lead our corporate sales team in Gurugram.

The Senior Sales Director will drive sales strategies, manage key accounts, and lead the team to achieve company sales targets. This role requires strategic thinking, leadership skills, and a proven track record in corporate sales.

Sales Strategy and Planning:

Develop comprehensive sales strategies to achieve corporate sales targets, identifying new market opportunities and executing effective sales plans.

Team Leadership:

Lead, mentor, and motivate the corporate sales team to enhance performance and achieve sales objectives, conducting regular training sessions and performance reviews.

Market Analysis:

Conduct thorough market research to understand market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.

Key Account Management:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and major clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and addressing issues or concerns promptly.

Sales Operations:

Oversee sales operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting, ensuring effective use of CRM systems and sales tools to track and manage sales activities.

Collaboration:

Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer service departments to align sales strategies with overall business goals, collaborating on promotional activities and campaigns.

Negotiation and Closing:

Lead negotiations for major contracts and deals, ensuring favorable terms and conditions, driving the closing of significant sales deals to meet or exceed revenue targets.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field, MBA preferred.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in corporate sales, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the diesel genset or related industry.
