As a dynamic and motivated recruitment professional, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of our organization by identifying, attracting, and developing top talent from various colleges and universities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the recruitment process for fresh graduates and interns from various colleges and universities along with our talent acquisition team.
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders to understand their hiring needs and develop targeted recruitment strategies.
  • Coordinate campus recruitment events, campaign sessions, information sessions, and interviews.
  • Oversee the operational aspects of the recruitment process, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and provide regular reports on hiring metrics.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the talent acquisition team and stakeholders throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updates and feedback.
Requirements:
  • 15 years of experience in campus recruitment and talent acquisition, specifically focused on fresh graduates and interns.
  • Proven track record of successful hiring initiatives and relationships with educational institutions is a plus.
  • Excellent coordination and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across departments.
  • Preferrably hold an MBA in Human Resources.
