Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Project Manager to lead and manage technology-driven projects from initiation to delivery. The successful candidate will bridge the gap between business, engineering, and stakeholders to ensure projects are executed effectively, on time, and within scope.

The Technical Project Manager will be responsible for end-to-end project execution including planning, scheduling, tracking, and delivery. This will involve defining project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines, as well as ensuring alignment of business requirements with technical implementation.

The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with a strong technical background and experience in IT project management. They will also be proficient in Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools, such as JIRA, Confluence, and MS Project.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Management & Delivery
  • Lead end-to-end project execution including planning, scheduling, tracking, and delivery.
  • Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines.
  • Ensure alignment of business requirements with technical implementation.
  • Stakeholder Management:
  • Act as a liaison between business stakeholders, product owners, and engineering teams.
  • Communicate project status, risks, and issues effectively to stakeholders and leadership.
  • Technical Oversight:
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to define technical requirements and dependencies.
  • Drive solution discussions, ensuring technical feasibility and alignment with architecture standards.
  • Oversee system integrations, APIs, cloud deployments, and other technical components.
  • Risk & Quality Management:
  • Identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Ensure high-quality project deliverables through reviews, testing coordination, and compliance checks.
  • Agile & Process Excellence:
  • Manage projects using Agile, Scrum, or hybrid methodologies.
  • Conduct sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog management.
  • Drive process improvements and best practices across project teams.
