Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Virtual Desktop Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience managing and supporting Citrix systems, as well as other related technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Client Citrix Systems: Ensure the smooth operation of client Citrix systems and their associated technologies.
  • Troubleshoot Server Issues: Identify and resolve server-related problems, providing solutions to maintain system uptime.
  • Support Virtual Desktop Infrastructure: Preserve and enhance the institution's Virtual Desktop setup, incorporating AppSense and XenDesktop, XenApp, and other technologies.
  • Business Application Management: Assist in organizing and managing business applications to optimize performance.
  • IT Helpdesk Support: Contribute to resolving increased cases received by the IT Helpdesk, ensuring timely support to clients.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • Proven experience with Citrix systems and related technologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
