**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a highly capable and results-driven **Bot Automation Specialist** with proven experience in **Microsoft Power Automate Desktop** to help automate various operational processes across our business. This role will focus on **developing, testing, and deploying automation bots** that streamline repetitive manual tasks, improve efficiency, and reduce human error.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Analyze current manual workflows and identify areas for automation within operational processes.
- Design, build, and deploy desktop automation bots using Microsoft Power Automate Desktop.
- Develop robust error handling and exception management within bots.
- Work with stakeholders to gather requirements, perform UAT (User Acceptance Testing), and implement feedback.
- Maintain detailed process documentation, including flowcharts and SOPs for each automation.
- Provide guidance to the team on bot usage, maintenance, and minor troubleshooting.
- Support scaling of automation processes across different departments as needed.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Strong hands-on experience with **Microsoft Power Automate Desktop (RPA)**.
- Ability to automate tasks involving desktop apps, browsers, Excel, and file management.
- Experience in process analysis and translating business requirements into technical workflows.
- Understanding of condition logic, loops, variables, data manipulation, and UI element interaction.
- Good communication skills to interact with non-technical stakeholders and explain automation processes.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Knowledge of **Power Automate Cloud Flows**, Power Apps, or other Microsoft ecosystem tools.
- Experience in automating operations within healthcare, billing, or administrative services.
- Familiarity with best practices in RPA governance, error handling, and maintenance.

**Job Type**: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
