Citrix System Administrator

Job Description:

  • Manage and maintain the organization's Citrix system and its associated technologies.
  • Ensure server stability and troubleshoot issues to provide effective solutions.
  • Promote and preserve a robust Virtual Desktop infrastructure, incorporating AppSense and XenDesktop, XenApp, and other relevant systems.
  • Contribute to the planning and execution of business application management strategies.
  • Analyze and resolve escalated IT helpdesk cases in a timely manner.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience with Citrix administration, including setup, configuration, and troubleshooting.
  • Strong understanding of server management principles and practices.
  • Familiarity with virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI) and its components.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
