Below The Line Manager Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Below The Line (BTL) Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning and executing high-impact BTL campaigns that drive sales and brand awareness across India.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing BTL strategies that meet business objectives
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to execute BTL activities
  • Managing budgets and tracking ROI for BTL campaigns

You will also be responsible for leading and developing a team of vendor associates, providing guidance, support, and training to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to succeed in their roles.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of BTL principles, product assortment planning, and retail marketing strategies. They will also possess excellent analytical, creative, and problem-solving skills, as well as strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Required qualifications and experience include a Master's degree in Marketing and at least 10 years of experience in BTL, Trade Marketing, Gifting, Retail Management, or related roles.
