Chief Brand Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled Brand Development Lead to lead the development of our brand within the context of agreed strategies to maximize long-term sales and profitability.
To achieve this, you will develop, recommend, and execute annual marketing plan activities, including ATL, BTL, CRM, Digital, and Social Media, as well as local media strategy and plans, including TV and print media.
You will ideate and execute ATL and BTL strategy, pre-decided by the marketing leadership team, in close collaboration with the Marketing Services team. This includes effective project management skills to coordinate and execute Product Development programs while working closely with the Product Planning team.
This role requires prior field sales experience, with a minimum of 3 years of sales experience preferred. You must be able to develop commercially and financially sound business proposals, garner consumer insights, generate innovative brand concepts and product ideas, and understand multiple stakeholder interests and respond accordingly.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading brand development within agreed strategies

Required qualifications include an MBA in Marketing, with at least 4-10 years of general experience and 3 years of sales experience preferred. Preferred industries include the Automotive Industry.
