**Job Description:**

We are seeking a skilled Facility Services Coordinator to join our team. This is a dynamic role that requires strong organizational and communication skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating all work requests coming in through various channels, including email, phone, or other forms of communication. They will also be expected to collaborate with other members of the on-site team to dispatch and collect work orders established after receiving a request.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Meeting and greeting guests/clients and directing them to their desired location within the premises
  • Collecting closed work orders to close calls - Restocking toiletries in restrooms
  • Monitoring housekeeping staff activity
  • Coordination for guest entry with appropriate gate pass
  • Preparing menu plans for blue-collar staff served in pantries under supervision of Facility Manager
  • Producing reports based on data collected through work orders for Sodexo and Client
