
Facilities Administrator

This position entails managing overall facility and administrative tasks.
Main Responsibilities:
- Daily, weekly, and monthly technical checks are performed according to the PPM schedule.
- We attend TT calls for corrective maintenance, service, and repair works.
- We coordinate with vendors for systems under warranty/AMC.
- We conduct energy consumption readings.
- DG maintenance is a key task.
- We are responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting all conveyor systems, electrical, and mechanical components.
- We can install, maintain, and troubleshoot power distribution systems, branch circuits, lighting systems, transformers, and wiring methods and materials.
- We have the ability to install, maintain, and troubleshoot relay logic, ladder diagrams, control components - photo eyes, motor starters, relays, limit switches, proximity sensors, timers, solenoids, servo drives, frequency inverters, linear drives, tacks, and encoders 6.
- We support production by working in a safe, customer-focused manner.
- We perform minor refurbishment and upgrade work for building finishes, fixtures, fittings, and equipment, fixed furniture, and OPS equipment like Trolleys, Cages, Carts.
- We conduct regular fire alarm and fire extinguisher checks.
- Maintenance, oiling, and greasing of carts, trolleys, pumps, rolling shutters are essential tasks.
- We attend regular electrical works.
- We issue height work and hot work permits.
- We perform minor civil and plumbing corrective maintenance calls.
- We provide daily reports on TT closures and open cases and RCA.
- We update tool inventory.
- PPM schedule maintenance is crucial.
- We manage soft services activities such as pest control, housekeeping, scrap, and garbage disposal. We handle agency staff and oversee shifts.
