- Oversee daily operations, upkeep, and maintenance of all personal and hospitality properties.
- Ensure timely maintenance and smooth functioning of technical utilities and infrastructure, including diesel generators, electrical systems, lifts, water pumps, firefighting systems, HVAC systems, and surveillance systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Staff Supervision & Coordination: Lead and manage a team of house managers stationed across various locations, set performance standards, monitor execution of duties, provide training and technical guidance as required.
- Vendor & Contractor Management: Liaise with service vendors, technical contractors, and AMC providers, evaluate performance, negotiate service agreements, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Budgeting & Cost Control: Prepare operational budgets, track expenditures, manage cost-effective operations, recommend upgrades, refurbishments, and major repairs when necessary.
Desired Candidate:
- Has managed high-end residential properties.
- Degree in Engineering with minimum 15 years of relevant experience in property/facilities management.
- Proven expertise in technical maintenance and managing high-end residential properties.
