Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead the implementation and support of Oracle Fusion OTL, Core HR, and related modules.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Drive the full project life cycle: requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, functional design, UAT, training, and deployment.
  • Configure and maintain time-related settings, develop formulas for time, payroll, and validations, and manage security setup.
  • Develop fast formulas for integrations with HCM, reports, and third-party applications.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Implementation and support experience with Oracle Fusion OTL, Core HR, and related modules.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to configure and maintain time-related settings, develop formulas, and manage security setup.
  • Experience with integration development and management.
