Job Opportunity

The ideal candidate will serve as a subject matter expert for Cloud Human Capital Management, possessing extensive knowledge and in-depth expertise within the Oracle HCM Suite. They will be a technical lead responsible for interacting with a global support team of functional leaders, business partners, and technical experts on day-to-day production support, enhancements, quarterly patch release testing, and issue resolution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide project experience in production support – understanding AMS Ticketing process (Issue Management/Problem Management/Bug-fixing/Change Management), deployment process, Upgrades testing etc.
  • Interact with both offshore and onshore client engagements which involve implementation/support of Oracle HCM Cloud modules.
  • Maintain at least 8 years of ERP implementation experience with minimum 4 years of hands-on experience with Oracle HCM functional modules.
  • Possess cloud technical expertise with Oracle Cloud Human Capital Management in two or more of the following modules: Core HR, OTL, Recruiting (Fusion), Learning, Benefits, Performance Management, Goals, Talent Management.
  • Resolve production tickets, patch testing, Change requests. Responsible for requirement analysis and documentation of the respective Oracle environment including engagement with the Oracle customer, Oracle CSI partner and developer base.
  • Collaborate on configurations, bug-fixes, quarterly patch testing and quality assurance prior to change deployment of the respective Oracle environment in compliance with established standards.
  • Manage the System Admin and Security Environment of the Oracle instance as designated by role and persona; key super-permissions for the Oracle environment, patch management, POD (instance) management and provisioning, system configuration, and risk management, role/persona security management and definition, risk management, and system configuration to maintain a secure environment.
  • Perform unit tests all high-level functionality including staging test scenarios and do unit tests all technical objects prior to delivery to client by documenting test results.
  • Develop runbooks for all technical objects and analyze and resolve technical queries during ticket resolution by providing functional guidance to the technical team.
Required Skills
  • At least 2 full lifecycle implementations of Oracle HCM as a technical lead and minimum one production support project experience.
  • Strong end-to-end experience in at least a couple of HCM modules (Core HR, Recruiting (Fusion), Benefits, Performance Management, Payroll, Goals, Absence Management, Succession Planning, HR Helpdesk, Talent Review, Onboarding (Fusion), Learning (Fusion)).
  • Effective communication skills both written and verbal and able to engage directly with clients on detailed technical discussions.
  • Experience in working with an Onshore/NSA/Offshore model.
  • Familiarity with agile methodology.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • A positive attitude.
  • Ability to learn new technologies.
  • Understanding of SOAP, REST APIs.
  • Working knowledge of Oracle Integration Cloud & Visual Builder Cloud Service.
