Treasury Relationship Manager

We are seeking a high-caliber professional to join our Client Relations team as an AVP/VP level Treasury Service Relationship Manager. This role involves managing and growing relationships with corporate clients, delivering tailored treasury solutions, and driving business growth.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of corporate treasury needs and be able to provide customized solutions. They will also have excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, as well as a results-driven, entrepreneurial mindset.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with corporate clients, selling treasury products, and partnering with internal teams to deliver seamless client experience. They will also stay updated on market developments, regulatory changes, and competitive landscape to provide insights and advice to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Manage Relationships: Understand corporate clients' treasury needs and provide customized solutions.
  • Sales of Treasury Products: Drive sales of treasury and risk management products including liquidity, cash management, and investments.
  • Internal Partnerships: Partner with internal teams (risk, compliance, operations, product) to deliver seamless client experience.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay updated on market developments, regulatory changes, and competitive landscape to provide insights and advice to clients.
  • New Business Acquisition: Acquire new corporate clients and expand wallet share from existing ones by identifying their needs and selling treasury products.
  • Client Servicing: Leverage technology and digital platforms to enhance client servicing and efficiency.
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain a disciplined approach to pipeline management, client coverage, and revenue growth.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • MBA / Graduate degree required.
  • 8-12 years of experience in Treasury Sales / Corporate Treasury Relationship Management, preferably with Banks, NBFCs, AMCs or financial institutions.
  • All Locations considered.
