Treasury Role Overview

The company seeks a highly skilled Treasury Analyst to play a critical role in managing the company's cash flow, optimizing fund utilization, and ensuring timely interest and principal repayments for project loans.

  • Cash Flow Management is key to this role, requiring the ability to manage daily cash flow across various project SPVs to optimize fund utilization and minimize costs.
  • This position also involves facilitating issuance of Capex LCs and managing Buyer's Credit / Supplier's Credit arrangements to support business growth.
  • The successful candidate will invest surplus funds in short-term debt mutual funds and fixed deposits to generate returns while minimizing risk.
  • Achieving proper records of advance and Performance BG received from Vendors/BG issued to third parties is crucial to maintain accurate financial reporting.
  • Effective management of Inter Corporate Deposit issuance, limit monitoring, and documentation ensures compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Daily treasury accounting entries are essential to ensure accurate financial reporting and reconciliation.
  • The Treasury Analyst will lead KYC compliance for all bank accounts and drive digital initiatives (H2H, net banking, automation of transactions) to improve operational efficiency.
  • Liaising with banks on operational matters and maintaining strong working relationships ensures smooth transaction processing.
  • Timely submission of Treasury-related details, audit coordination, and response to audit queries ensures compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Preparing monthly Treasury MIS, including reports on loans, interest payments, short-term investments, and hedging exposures provides valuable insights for business decision-making.
  • This role supports new project financing activities and loan documentation to ensure seamless execution.
  • Collaboration with internal teams (Accounts, Projects, Procurement) for efficient treasury operations achieves business objectives.
