Marketing Associate

As a Marketing Associate, you will play a key role in developing and executing impactful partner-led marketing campaigns that drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partnership Marketing
    • Design and implement co-branded campaigns with tourism boards, attractions, airlines, and lifestyle brands to increase brand visibility and customer engagement.
    • Develop campaign objectives, budgets, and timelines in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Proposal & Deck Creation
    • Create persuasive and visually compelling proposals (Google Slides/PowerPoint/Canva) to communicate value propositions and ROI, showcasing the potential of partnerships.
  • Research & Insights
    • Conduct thorough research on destination trends, competitor activities, seasonal patterns, and emerging tools to generate actionable insights that inform marketing strategies.
  • Campaign Operations
    • Manage campaign tracking (UTMs, dashboards), analyze results, and prepare performance reports to optimize future campaigns.
  • Stakeholder Communication
    • Build strong relationships with internal teams (content, design, paid marketing, CRM) and external partners through effective communication and project management.
  • Ai & Tools
    • Leverage AI and digital tools (Chat GPT, Canva AI, GA4, Looker, Similarweb, Hub Spot, Google Ads) to streamline research, workflows, and reporting, improving overall efficiency.
    Requirements:
    • 0–3 years of experience in partnerships, alliances, digital marketing, client-servicing, or business development (experience in travel, OTA, hospitality, or digital agencies preferred).
    • Excellent written and spoken communication skills, confident in partner-facing interactions.
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to navigate complex marketing challenges.
    • Proficient with GA4, Google Sheets, UTMs, CRM systems; familiarity with paid marketing basics.
    • Comfortable using AI tools for research, content, and reporting.
    • Skilled in creating structured decks, reports, and presentations.
