Job Title

As a seasoned marketing professional, you will spearhead our campaigns, own our social media presence, and craft compelling copy that resonates with our audience.

This is a senior role where you will shape the brand voice, drive engagement, and deliver measurable business results through high-impact campaigns.

  • Develop and execute content requirements across channels – push notifications, emailers, banners, landing pages, SMS, RCS, WhatsApp, social media, video scripts, and broadcasts.
  • Lead a team in writing, editing, and proof-reading to ensure timely delivery and high-quality communication.
  • Drive continuous improvement in CTRs, engagement, and conversions through data-backed communication strategies.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on campaign ideation, messaging frameworks, and brand voice consistency.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage stakeholder relationships to ensure timely execution of promotions.
  • Coordinate with alliances to plan, approve, and deliver campaigns as per agreed timelines and brand requirements.
  • Ensure all paid promotions and restaurant deliverables (visibility, offers, creative collaterals, content amplification) are executed without delays.
  • Align content and promotional strategies with alliance commitments and partner expectations.
Requirements

We are seeking a candidate with 5–7 years of experience in campaign management, social media leadership, and professional copywriting (agency or brand side).

A strong portfolio of high-impact campaigns, social media growth, and compelling copy is required.

Hands-on experience with marketing and social media tools is necessary.

Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills are essential.
