**Job Role:** Digital Marketing Specialist We are seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative digital marketing campaigns that drive engagement, conversions, and brand awareness. Main Responsibilities:  
  • Create compelling content (images, videos, graphics, blog posts) that aligns with the brand's voice and objectives.
  • Plan and execute marketing strategies (organic and paid) to increase reach, engagement, and conversion rates.
  • Monitor analytics and create performance reports to inform marketing decisions.
  • Manage community engagement by responding to comments, messages, and customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with designers, agencies, and partners on campaigns, influencer partnerships, and collaborations.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, competitor activity, and emerging platforms to ensure our brand remains ahead of the curve.
 Requirements:  
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, including content creation, campaign planning, and analytics.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
