Real Estate Portfolio Manager

We are seeking a skilled professional to manage our real estate portfolio and provide in-depth analysis for an allotted region.
The successful candidate will be responsible for regular monitoring of the portfolio by conducting periodic asset quality review through project site visits, data analysis, meetings, etc.
Key responsibilities include:
- Ensuring post-disbursal compliance as per the sanction terms, including security perfection and appropriate charge creation.
- Identifying early warning signals and preparing asset quality review notes for the allotted region.
- Liaising with audit firms, legal, and technical vendors to obtain timely reports.
- Participating in the preparation of facility documents for disbursements.
- Following up on post-disbursal documents, MIS preparation, and publication.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
They will also have a strong understanding of credit risk management and asset valuation.
