Job Title: Real Estate Portfolio Executive

The role of the Real Estate Portfolio Executive involves overseeing real estate and facilities operations across a defined cluster of office and R&D sites.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure daily site operations run smoothly, maintaining safety, compliance, and an engaging employee experience
  • Manage the performance of outsourced facilities providers via a centrally coordinated FM model
  • Support real estate transactions, site fit-outs, space changes, and occupancy planning to optimize portfolio performance
Sustainability and Compliance:
  • Champion sustainability efforts at the site level, focusing on energy, water, and waste reduction initiatives
  • Guarantee compliance with internal ESG goals and environmental, health, and safety regulations
Workplace Analytics and PropTech Enablement:
  • Maintain accurate reporting on occupancy, service metrics, and operating costs to inform strategic decisions
  • Provide regional insights to global workplace dashboards and analytics tools to drive business outcomes
  • Support the deployment and adoption of smart workplace and building technologies to enhance efficiency and productivity
Project and Vendor Oversight:
  • Assist in delivering workplace and facility projects, such as renovations and relocations, ensuring timely completion and quality standards
  • Monitor vendor performance against SLAs, safety, quality, and compliance requirements to maintain high standards
Financial Management:
  • Manage operational expenses in line with established budget guidelines, supporting forecasting and planning processes
  • Contribute to capital projects by developing SOWs, financial plans, and stakeholder engagement from project conception through completion

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related field
  • 10+ years' experience in real estate and/or facilities management within office and/or R&D environments
  • Demonstrated experience managing outsourced FM service providers to deliver optimal results
  • Proven ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders in a matrixed, cross-functional setting to drive business outcomes
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills to navigate complex situations
  • Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and real estate/FM systems to analyze data and inform decision-making
  • Fluent in English (written and verbal) for effective communication
  • Willingness to travel within India (~20%) and collaborate globally across time zones to support business objectives
