Portfolio Manager

Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Portfolio Manager to join our team. As a key member of our leadership, you will be responsible for identifying and selecting new products, managing the cross-functional evaluation of these products, and developing business cases through collaboration with technical, regulatory, IP, and commercial teams.

Responsibilities:
• Identify and select new products for evaluation
• Manage the cross-functional evaluation of new products, including patent reviews, technical evaluations, and commercial assessments
• Develop business cases through collaboration with technical, regulatory, IP, and commercial teams
• Conduct high-level portfolio overviews and make recommendations on project priorities based on NPV's and time-to-market
• Prepare summary recommendations for product opportunities and present to Executive Leadership Team and other Senior Management for approval
• Update portfolio information tools, reports, and databases as new information becomes available
• Support portfolio re-prioritization initiatives for pipeline products
• Provide in-depth analysis on indications, trends, challenges, opportunities, and unmet medical needs
• Lead efforts to gather and analyze market intelligence

Required Skills and Qualifications:
M.Pharm or PGDM/MBA, 6-8 years of experience in Portfolio Management for both formulations and APIs. Prior experience in R&D or IPM is preferred but not mandatory. Proficiency in preparing & determining Pivots tables, charts, Sales Forecasts, NPVs, IRRs, Revenue estimates in Excel. Solid understanding of the global pharma markets, including commercial, patents, and regulatory environment. Strong research & analytics, problem-solving skills, and business acumen.
