Senior Real Estate Strategist

Our organization seeks a Senior Real Estate Strategist to provide comprehensive real estate services, ensuring client and organizational interests are met. This leadership role involves leading key discussions and negotiations on the acquisition, management, and disposal of land and facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning & Business Development:
    • Develop and implement real estate plans for key accounts and new business, with a deep understanding of clients strategic real estate goals.
    • Perform a large volume and variety of real estate transaction projects to achieve monthly and annual targets.
  • Team & Stakeholder Management:
    • Manage timelines and Key Results Areas (KRAs) for the team, and actively participate in subordinate feedback, appraisals, and performance reviews.
    • Manage external relationships with clients, industry forums, professional bodies, and partners.
  • Transaction & Financial Analysis:
    • Oversee analyses and documents, including Requests for Proposals (RFPs), proposal comparison packages, and letters of intent, for quality and innovation.
    • Approve, review, and interpret financial analysis templates, including book and cash flow projections, Net Present Value (NPV), and/or Internal Rate of Return (IRR).
  • Compliance & Quality Assurance:
    • Ensure adherence to all state real estate agency requirements and compliance with corporate policies related to conflicts of interest.
    • Administer the quality assurance program, track and report Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and manage customer satisfaction surveys.

Requirements:

  • Strong financial acumen and ability to interpret complex financial data.
  • Excellent negotiation skills for a wide variety of commercial real estate products.
  • Ability to manage teams and drive performance against set targets.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong understanding of real estate market dynamics and compliance requirements.
