At the forefront of commercial real estate management, we seek an experienced professional to oversee and manage day-to-day operations.

Job Description:

As a key leadership role, this position is responsible for maximizing property value and returns. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in property management with a strong focus on overseeing portfolio performance.

The ideal candidate will be highly organized, possess excellent communication skills, and be proficient in using property management software. They will also have advanced knowledge of general and cost accounting, as well as financial statements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day operations of commercial real estate portfolio
  • Coordinate and monitor property maintenance activities, capital expenditures, and improvement projects
  • Manage third-party vendor payments and on-time mortgage payments
  • Maintain and manage insurance coverage and handle insurance claims
  • Enter lease agreement information and rent schedules into software
  • Communicate with management and tenants regarding billing and lease language
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 3 years professional experience in property management with software proficiency
  • Advanced experience reading and interpreting leases and related documents
  • Expert-level proficiency working with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel)

  • Excellent follow-up skills – Billing related
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to interact and engage tenants
  • Creative problem-solving mindset to resolve Tenant billing issues
