Job Title: Operations Leadership Specialist

About the Role:

This is a leadership role within our operations team. As an Operations Leadership Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer experience and satisfaction through continuous monitoring of consumer complaints and taking corrective action.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Customer Satisfaction: Ensure that customers have an exceptional food and delivery experience by continuously monitoring consumer complaints and taking corrective action.
  2. Financial Performance: Manage financial performance to achieve target objectives, including cost reduction strategies and P&L management.
  3. Team Performance: Oversee team performance, providing training and development opportunities to ensure optimal performance and minimal attrition.
  4. Food Safety and Hygiene: Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and hygiene standards, implementing improvements where necessary.
  5. Process Improvement: Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance unit-level performance and streamline operations.

Deliverables:

  1. Target Achievement: Achieve AOP and financial targets, including food cost and labour cost optimization.
  2. Customer Satisfaction: Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction with minimal complaints and continuous process improvement.
  3. Financial Control: Ensure strong financial control with regular P&L and inventory reviews to minimize spillage and optimize stock.
  4. People Management: Effectively manage people to ensure optimal performance and career growth.
