Job Role:

As a seasoned IT specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless system operation across various business components. You will be responsible for resolving technical issues, implementing change requests, and maintaining knowledge base articles to support effective troubleshooting.

You will collaborate with vendors and assist service management teams in issue analysis and resolution. Your strong organizational and leadership skills will guide teams effectively, while your excellent communication skills will convey project goals and updates to stakeholders.

You will analyze project data and metrics to inform decision-making and have experience in risk management and mitigation strategies. With a minimum of 5 years of experience in program project management, you will develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation to track progress and outcomes.
