Quantitative Researcher / Software Engineer Job Description

We are seeking highly skilled professionals for the role of Quantitative Researcher / Software Engineer. This opportunity is restricted to candidates from top-tier institutions (IITs, IISc, BITS Pilani, ISI, leading NITs, etc.). Candidates from other institutes are requested not to apply.

Key Qualifications

  • Hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field from a top-tier college
  • Have 2–4 years of relevant experience
  • Exhibit strong proficiency in Python (or similar programming languages) with excellent coding and debugging skills
  • Experience working with Big Data and Relational Database Management Systems
  • Demonstrate a solid understanding of software development principles, data structures, problem-solving, architecture, and design patterns
  • Display strong quantitative and analytical skills; ability to work effectively in an agile environment
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work with focus, discipline, and minimal supervision
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work in interdisciplinary teams

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with financial markets
