Project Manager Role

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to support our global project implementations. As a key team member, you will be responsible for providing end-to-end project management services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop expertise in solution platforms and collaborate with clients and colleagues to create project scope plans and documentation.
  • Facilitate planning sessions to build consensus among project team members regarding task definitions, sequencing, and interdependencies across projects.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans and prepare project reports for status meetings as required.
  • Identify, track, monitor, and communicate on project-related issues, scope changes, variances, and contingencies that may arise during project implementation.
  • Monitor workflows and deadlines to ensure all team members meet project goals accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Act as a liaison between clients, colleagues, and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships by handling questions, concerns, feedback, etc., with speed, accuracy, friendliness, and professionalism.
  • Work to ensure project plans deliver against SLAs and KPI expectations regarding costs, schedules, quality, and customer satisfaction.
  • Document client work and interactions utilizing relationship management and project management tools.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in project management is essential.
  • Education or certification in project management is preferred.
  • Proficiency in using web-based project management software, e.g. MS Project, Jira, etc.
  • Strong IT skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, e.g. Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams, etc.
  • Demonstrable evidence of effective collaboration, multitasking, and workload prioritization.
