Job Summary:As a Growth Analyst, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth by leveraging data analytics and statistical modeling. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for growth, develop strategies to optimize customer acquisition and retention, and analyze key performance metrics to inform business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:- Conduct comprehensive cohort analysis using mobile attribution platforms to track user acquisition, retention, and revenue performance across different user segments and acquisition channels.
- Calculate and monitor key growth metrics including Customer Lifetime Value (LTV), Return on Investment (ROI), ROAS, payback periods, and customer acquisition costs (CAC).
- Develop advanced attribution models to measure marketing campaign effectiveness and optimize budget allocation across channels.
- Collaborate with data engineers to design, optimize, and maintain data pipelines that process raw data for analytical purposes.
- Build complex SQL queries in Snowflake to extract, transform, and analyze large datasets for growth insights.
- Create and maintain interactive dashboards in Metabase to visualize key performance metrics and provide self-service analytics for stakeholders.
- Design and execute A/B testing frameworks to evaluate the impact of product changes and marketing campaigns on growth metrics.
- Partner with client teams (marketing, product, finance) to optimize campaigns, identify growth features, and align analytics with business planning.
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Business Analytics, Marketing Analytics, or a related quantitative field.
- 3+ years of proven experience as a Growth Analyst, Marketing Analyst, or similar analytical role, preferably in mobile app or SaaS environments.
- Expert-level proficiency in SQL for complex data manipulation and analysis, with specific experience in Snowflake data warehousing.
- Advanced experience with Metabase for creating interactive dashboards and self-service analytics solutions.
- Strong proficiency in statistical analysis, cohort analysis, and predictive modeling techniques.
- Deep understanding of mobile app growth metrics including LTV, CAC, ROAS, retention rates, and revenue attribution models.
- Proficiency in Python or R for advanced analytics and statistical modeling.
- Experience with A/B testing methodologies, experimental design, and statistical significance testing.
- Experience working as a contractor or consultant, with ability to quickly integrate into client teams and deliver results.
