Remote Network Engineer Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Network Engineer to join our global team, supporting clients worldwide from India.

Job Description:

The selected candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting complex issues with GTD-5 switches, delivering Tier 3 telephony and hardware support, and collaborating with customers and support teams to resolve network problems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Troubleshoot complex network issues with GTD-5 switches
  • Provide expert-level telephony and hardware support
  • Interface with customers and support teams to resolve network problems
  • Document internal processes and mentor other engineers
Requirements:
  • At least 5 years of hands-on experience with GTD-5 hardware support and telephony troubleshooting
  • Experience with call processing and translations
  • Familiarity with central office procedures and ISO27001 compliance
  • Strong communication, customer focus, and documentation skills
  • Ability to work independently from home and manage time effectively
