Job Opportunity:

A Senior Instrumentation Engineer is required to design, develop, and implement instrumentation solutions for natural gas consumption. The ideal candidate will have experience in sizing selection of pressure regulators, thermowell sizing, and flow meter sizing.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Prepare detailed specifications and datasheets for instrument items and control system architecture components.
  • Review relevant mechanical documents and drawings for accurate instrument detailing.
  • Design and develop new products, including planning, implementation, intermediate checks, design review, and thorough testing.
  • Collaborate with the project team for timely approval of design documents.
  • Have knowledge of Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA), Distributed Control System (DCS), Remote Terminal Unit (RTU), data communication concept, and protocols.
  • Understand instrumentation-related standards, such as American Gas Association (AGA) 3, AGA 7, and AGA 9.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Instrumentation Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in instrumentation engineering.
  • Strong understanding of instrumentation-related standards and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
