Job Title: Advanced Instrument Specialist

As an Advanced Instrument Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our cutting-edge imaging equipment. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Performing installation, calibration, and validation of instruments to meet high standards.
  • Troubleshooting and maintaining instruments at customer sites, with a focus on resolving complex issues efficiently.
  • Achieving service targets within designated territories through proactive planning and execution.
  • Providing expert support to customers on instrument operation, both on-site and remotely, with a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction.
  • Maintaining a calendar for scheduled preventive maintenance visits to minimize downtime.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience in handling advanced medical devices, particularly high-end imaging equipment and devices.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a strong ability to build trust and rapport with customers.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across the region, with minimal assistance required for task completion.
  • Self-motivation and problem-solving skills, with a proven track record of taking initiative and completing tasks independently.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Biosciences, Life Sciences, Electronics & Telecommunication, Electric & Electronics, or Biomedical Engineering.
