Job Title: Instrumentation and Control Systems Specialist

">Job Description:
  • Develop instrumentation and control systems design packages, including Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams (PIDs) and control schematics, to support new or retrofit projects.
  • Design I&C systems and equipment as per client requirements.
  • Develop field connection diagrams, DCS connection diagrams, loop drawings, control panel designs, instrument wiring diagrams, cable schedules, functional descriptions, and IQ/OQ documentation.
  • Develop control room layouts and perform quality reviews of project submittals.
  • Collaborate with senior engineers in supporting design activities on the project.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Instrumentation or Electrical Engineering from an accredited program.
  • Minimum 4-6 years of relevant experience, preferably in food & consumer product and mission-critical facility design.
  • Knowledge of programmable logic controllers (PLCs) such as Rockwell Studio 5000, SLC, PLC5, Modicon, GE, Siemens, Schneider.
  • Knowledge of HMIs like Rockwell FTView SE/ME, Wonderware InTouch, Modicon, GE, Siemens.
  • Hands-on CAD experience is a must; knowledge of Revit is a plus.
  • Proficient in English language and must demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Candidate must demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
