About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Sales Manager with proven experience in staffing/recruitment sales to drive business growth, revenue expansion, and strategic account development in the manufacturing domain.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of success in identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers, and driving sales performance to achieve aggressive targets.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing a comprehensive business strategy to drive revenue growth and expand market share
  • BUILDING STRATEGIC PARTNERSHIPS WITH KEY DECISION-MAKERS IN THE MANUFACTURING INDUSTRY
  • Maintaining a high level of sales performance, meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly targets
  • Providing exceptional customer service, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer issues
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and competitor activity
