As a Business Development Professional, we are seeking an innovative and strategic thinker to drive growth initiatives at our organization. This role will collaborate closely with senior leadership to identify market opportunities, design and implement high-impact strategies, and ensure alignment across teams to deliver measurable business results.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Create revenue growth plans and set key performance indicators (KPIs) for the team.
  • Develop and execute business cases for expansion into new markets, segments, or products.
  • Design and run experiments across product, tech, ops, and marketing to inform business decisions.
  • Prioritize features and internal tools that improve acquisition, conversion, retention, and monetization.
  • Optimize channel strategy and lifecycle communication to maximize incremental revenue at optimal spend efficiency.
  • Align capacity, SLAs, and processes to convert demand reliably and drive throughput.
  • Analyze data to support key business decisions and maintain data accuracy and consistency.

About You:

  • You have 1 year of experience in business strategy, consulting, or startup strategy roles.
  • You possess strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and a data-driven approach.
  • You can lead cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
  • You thrive in fast-paced environments and prioritize multiple tasks efficiently.
