- Ensures effective cost control, inventory management, productivity, and performance levels are attained.
- Builds and maintains positive working relationships with all key stakeholders.
- 12-15 years of experience in a kitchen environment.
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills with a hands-on approach.
- Commitment to delivering exceptional guest service with a passion for the hospitality industry.
- Ability to find creative solutions and offer support where required.
