Pricing Strategist for Global Sales Operations
Job Summary:We are seeking a skilled Pricing Strategist to join our Global Sales Operations team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing pricing strategies that align with business objectives.
- Develop and manage global & local price lists in SAP/CPQ and sales tools.
- Create pricing models aligned with market positioning and business goals.
- Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and apply statistical models for profitability insights.
- Provide daily pricing support for non-standard requests and customer-specific agreements.
- Support Product Management in pricing new products, accessories, and spare parts.
- Deliver pricing reports & KPIs to management.
- 3+ years of experience in pricing management, preferably in the pump industry or similar.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, or a related field. Master's is a plus.
- Strong skills in Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, and SAP (ERP, CPQ, Variant Configurator).
- Analytical, detail-oriented, and collaborative mindset with excellent communication skills.
- Fluency in English and ability to work independently in a global environment.
