Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Global Pricing Analyst to join our dynamic team. This hybrid role combines pre-sales pricing activities with vendor procurement management.

Main Responsibilities

  • Manage all pre-sales pricing activities including quotations, proposals, and RFP/RFQ/RFI responses, ensuring timely, competitive, and accurate submissions.
  • Sourcing and negotiating with global ISPs, carriers, and vendors to procure data services, while maintaining service quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery.
  • Owning the quotation process within Salesforce CPQ, engaging with customers as the first point of contact for pricing and solution inquiries.
  • Managing vendor relationships throughout the procurement lifecycle, analyzing market pricing trends globally to maintain competitive positioning.
  • Supporting sales in maximizing opportunities to win new business, collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, and Operations teams to deliver seamless customer experiences.
  • Maintaining accurate supplier data, including pricing, SLAs, and service descriptions, negotiating commercial terms to optimize cost savings, bundled deals, and service efficiencies.
  • Proactively updating and managing 3rd party costs in Salesforce CPQ, monitoring supplier performance, KPIs, and SLAs, recommending process improvements where needed.

Qualifications & Skills

  • At least 3 years of experience in pricing, procurement, or pre-sales within the telecom, VNO, or managed services industry.
  • Strong negotiation and vendor management skills with a global supplier base, familiarity with connectivity solutions.
  • Experience using Salesforce CPQ or similar Configure-Price-Quote tools, strong analytical, organizational, and time-management skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with both internal teams and external partners, excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
