We are looking for a dynamic Digital Marketing Strategist and Creative Project Leader to join MagnetCA in Bhubaneswar. This role is ideal for a strategic, detail-oriented, and creative professional with team management experience.



Job Description:

This position involves overseeing digital marketing campaigns, managing creative projects, producing high-quality content, and leading a team to bring our brand vision to life.



Main Responsibilities:


  • Project and Team Management

Lead and manage a team of creatives, ensuring efficient collaboration, resource allocation, and timely completion of projects.



Digital Marketing Strategy

Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across channels like social media, SEO, and online advertising to drive brand growth and engagement.



Content Creation

Oversee and contribute to the creation of engaging content for social media, websites, blogs, and campaigns, aligned with brand goals.



Creative Direction

Guide the creative process, working closely with the team to develop visually engaging designs and multimedia content.



Performance Tracking & Reporting

Monitor campaign performance, analyze metrics, and provide insights for optimization.



Cross-Functional Collaboration

Coordinate with other departments to align project goals, timelines, and creative direction.



Team Development

Mentor and support team members, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented work environment.



Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:




  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field.
  • 3-6 years of experience in creative project management, digital marketing, content creation, and team management.
  • Proven track record in managing and mentoring a team with strong leadership skills.
  • Proficiency with project management and digital marketing tools.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.


Compensation:

The estimated salary for this position is ₹1,200,000 per annum, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
