About the Role

As a Logistics Specialist, you will be responsible for managing supply chain activities and ensuring compliance with international shipping regulations.

This full-time role involves coordinating with internal teams and external partners to streamline logistics processes, provide excellent customer service, and utilize analytical skills to optimize operations.

You will communicate effectively with stakeholders to resolve logistics-related issues and ensure timely delivery of products.

Responsibilities include:

  • Supply Chain Management: Oversee the movement of goods, materials, and supplies from one place to another.
  • Export Documentation: Handle export documentation, including preparation and submission of necessary paperwork.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with international shipping regulations and laws.
  • Logistics Coordination: Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to streamline logistics processes.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders, both verbally and in writing.
  • Excellent Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Proven Customer Service abilities: Experience in providing excellent customer service and resolving customer complaints.
  • Experience in Supply Chain Management: Knowledge of supply chain management principles and practices.
  • Knowledge of Export processes and regulations: Familiarity with export processes and regulations.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills: Ability to pay attention to detail and solve problems in a logical and methodical way.
  • Proficiency in logistics software and tools: Proficiency in using logistics software and tools to manage supply chain activities.
  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field preferred: A degree in a relevant field is preferred but not required.
