We are seeking a highly skilled Export Operations Specialist to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in export operations and a proven track record of managing logistics, sales, and customer coordination.

Beyond the basic qualifications below, we're looking for someone who is proactive, efficient, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • A bachelor's degree in any field;
  • 4-8 years of experience in export operations, including logistics, sales, and customer coordination;
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills;
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing daily logistics operations, including order punching, shipment coordination, and delivery;
  • Closely monitoring plant status updates and communicating with customers regarding order status;
  • Preparing monthly sales summaries, orders in hand details, product-wise sales, and pending orders details;
  • Maintaining accurate records of receivables from external customers and following up on payments;
  • Coordinating samples, DMFs, and other queries with internal teams and stakeholders;
  • Liaising with various departments for Operations/Planning/MIS/Logistics/Accounts.
