A highly skilled Export Coordinator is sought to lead the execution of export operations. As a key member of the team, you will collaborate closely with the sales department to develop shipment plans based on customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor daily stock levels and create an invoicing plan accordingly

Export Documentation:

  • Prepare accurate and efficient pre-export and post-export documents

Shipments Coordination:

  • Coordinate with manufacturing sites for the movement of shipments
  • Evaluate additional costs such as detention or extra charges and implement strategies to avoid them

Freight Negotiation and Coordination:

  • Negotiate freight rates with Freight Forwarders
  • Ensure smooth shipment processing by coordinating with Freight Forwarders, Transporters, and Custom Brokers

Customer Communication:

  • Notify customers about shipments in a timely manner

Post-Shipment Verification and Documentation:

  • Verify post-shipment documents and submit them to banks within the stipulated time frame

Audit Queries and Customer Support:

  • Handle customer queries and audit-related inquiries

ERP System Proficiency:

  • Proficient in working on ERP systems, specifically TCS ION and SAP HANA

Certification and Reporting:

  • Prepare Certificates of Origin/GSP, Insurance certificates, and bank realization certificates
  • Create Management Information System (MIS) reports

Requirements:

  • Graduate degree in any field
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in export coordination at an executive level
  • Excellent communication skills
