Job Title: Field Marketing Trainee (B2B)

About the Role

We are seeking a proactive Field Marketing Trainee to drive B2B marketing efforts. This role involves engaging with schools, educational institutions, and local businesses to generate leads and build partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Promote Admissions: Visit schools, colleges, and institutions to promote admissions and generate interest in our programs.
  2. Built Relationships: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including school administrators, teachers, and business owners.
  3. Lead Generation: Generate leads and drive student enrollment through B2B outreach, identifying potential customers and developing strategies to engage them.
  4. Marketing Support: Distribute marketing materials and represent the organization at events, promoting our brand and building awareness of our products and services.
  5. Market Insights: Provide insights on market trends and competitor activities, helping the organization stay ahead of the competition.
Requirements
  • Strong Communication Skills: Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to effectively interact with diverse groups of people.
  • Field Marketing Experience: Have an interest in field marketing and B2B outreach, with prior experience in sales or marketing preferred.
  • Self-Motivation: Be self-motivated with a go-getter attitude, able to work independently and as part of a team.
