
Strategic Sales Growth Manager

The primary objective of this role is to drive sales growth through strategic planning, execution, and relationship-building.
- This involves identifying potential clients, understanding their business needs, and showcasing the value proposition of our solutions.
- The ideal candidate will have expertise in business development, sales, and software sales, with a strong track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding expectations.
This position requires proficiency in business development, sales, and software sales, as well as experience working in the IT industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a lead generation plan, prospecting new clients, and providing suggestions for improving sales and marketing strategies.
Key ResponsibilitiesThis role entails:
- Developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy to drive growth and revenue.
- Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, prospects, and partners.
- Conducting market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity.
- Providing input and recommendations on product development and improvement.
- Maintaining accurate records of sales interactions, follow-ups, and client feedback.
To be considered for this role, you should possess:
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and time management skills.
