Global University Onboarding Manager Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

As a Global University Onboarding Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving our expansion into the university market. Your key objectives will include:

  • Developing and executing a strategic sales plan to achieve acquisition targets and broaden our presence in the higher education sector.
  • Identifying, prospecting, and acquiring new university partners by showcasing our product offerings and highlighting their value proposition.
  • Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders at universities, including administrators and decision-makers.
  • Collaborating closely with universities to understand their unique needs and providing tailored solutions that address their challenges and goals aligned with our product offerings.
  • Leading Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) negotiations to ensure mutually beneficial agreements that align with our company's objectives.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess:

  • Experience in onboarding international universities and driving business growth in this sector.
  • Sales strategy and negotiation skills, enabling you to effectively engage with university partners.
  • The ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, fostering trust and cooperation.
  • A deep understanding of higher education market trends and the ability to adapt your approach accordingly.
