Job Title: Director of Financial Operations

This is an ideal role for a seasoned finance professional with 6+ years of experience in post-qualification experience and knowledge of Ind AS/IFRS, preferably.

The Director of Financial Operations will oversee all aspects of financial management, ensuring robust control and efficient processes. Key responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring timely and accurate closure of statutory, internal, and tax audits.
  • Monitoring expenses and developing cost control measures to maintain optimal spending levels.
  • Driving automation initiatives and implementing a delegation of authority matrix for expenses.
  • Maintaining adherence to statutory requirements and timelines, including direct and indirect tax compliances.

You will also be responsible for clearance of new products from a financial and accounting perspective, developing standard product approval notes, and providing backup support for critical areas of financial reporting by the end of September.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience in financial operations and management.
  • Knowledge of Ind AS/IFRS.
